Dr. John J. Millette, DMD


Dr. John J. Millette received his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and attended Tufts University, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Millette is a Fellow in the Misch Implant Institute, a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantology and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. Dr. Millette successfully completed a mini-residency through Tufts University for Tempromandibular Joints. He is also certified in CAD/CAM technology, receiving certifications for use of both CEREC and E4D fabrication and milling units.

Dr. Millette is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Worcester District Dental Association, International College of Oral Implantology, Leicester Business Association and the Worcester Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Millette is the proud Director, President and Treasurer of the Tufts University of Dental Alumni Board. Dr. Millette has been honored by many different organizations throughout the years, including the Diocese of Worcester as an Annual White Mass honoree recognizing the many years of free dentistry provided to the McCaully Nazareth Home for Boys. Dr. Millette founded Leicester Dental Associates in February 1992.

Professionally Dr. Millette has started a new pathway. He will now move full time into administration of the three practices. He will focus on mentoring our doctors and other team members. He looks forward to implementing more technology into our practices and will focus his energy making certain that we continue to be an exceptional practice for you and your family.

Dr. Chelsea E. Perry, DMD

General Dentist

Dr. Chelsea E. Perry received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana University and continued her education at Tufts University, receiving her Doctorate of Dental Medicine Degree. Dr. Perry was a proud member of the Dean's List at Indiana University, Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, as well as being awarded many scholarships throughout her college career.

Through community service, Dr. Perry has helped many organizations. She directed "Little 50" charity race for working student scholarships, was a participant in Walk Out dental screenings for veterans and a volunteer at Community Mental Health Clinic. Dr. Perry is also a tutor in Basic Human Pathology and Oral Pathology.

Dr. Ryan Harrington, DMD

General Dentist

Dr. Ryan Harrington grew up in Sturbridge, Massachusetts but spent much of his young adulthood in Worcester.  He attended high school at the Bancroft School before receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross.  Dr. Harrington then went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston.  After graduation from dental school, he was accepted into the AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency at the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, Maine.  Upon completion of his program, Dr. Harrington was invited to remain on the team as a staff dentist.  He is grateful for all that he learned during his time at the VA and especially enjoyed teaching the residents.  After two rewarding years in Maine, Dr. Harrington is excited to be practicing dentistry back home in central Massachusetts.

Dr. Harrington is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.

Dr. Spencer Platt, DMD

General Dentist

Dr. Platt grew up in Centerville, Massachusetts, graduating from Milton Academy.  His undergraduate studies were at Wesleyan University.  A recent graduate of Tufts Dental School, Dr. Platt is a member of the American Dental Association, Mass Dental Society, and Metropolitan Dental Society.  He is delighted to join with the rest of our team in continuing to strive to bring our patients the best and highest quality of service as well as convenience while putting the satisfaction of our patients first.

Dr. Jonell Hopeck, DDS


Dr. Jonell Hopeck received her undergraduate training at Tufts University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, cum laude. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and completed her residency in periodontology at Tufts University in Boston. She became certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology shortly thereafter.

Dr. Hopeck is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Valley District Dental Society, Valley Women's Dental Society and the Hampshire Dental Society. She currently serves on the Nominating Committee for the Valley Society, having previously chaired the Council on Dental Practice.
